Messi will leave Barcelona because of ‘financial and structural obstacles.’

Striker to quit Spanish club, even though both sides have agreed on a new contract.

The La Liga club announced Thursday that Barcelona would not agree on a new contract with Lionel Messi. This was despite economic and structural barriers to the renewal.

The club stated that although an agreement was reached between FC Barcelona (Leo Messi), it could not be formalized due to economic and structural barriers.

“Lionel Messi has to accept this reality and will no longer be associated with Barcelona. The club and the player deeply regret their wishes could not be fulfilled.

The Argentinian did not make an immediate public statement.

Barca’s 13-year-old Messi joined the youth set-up at Barca. He is the club’s all-time top scorer, with 672 goals in a record 778 games.

Record six times, the Argentinian was named the world’s most outstanding player.

After a breakup in his relationship with Josep Maria Bartomeu, Messi tried to leave Barcelona in august 2020.

Joan Laporta, his successor, convinced him to stay. She was responsible for the Argentinian’s stardom.

Although it was unclear if Messi was in discussions with other clubs, he was previously linked to cash-rich Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City.

Gavin Hamilton, a football journalist, told Al Jazeera that Messi’s departure from Barcelona was “not shocking.”

Hamilton stated that the financial problems in Barcelona are severe. The contract was complicated to negotiate. The Spanish league has additional issues regarding their budget for next season. They must adhere to a strict wage budget.

La Liga implemented financial control measures in 2013 to limit spending by clubs on their playing squads and coaches. This was based on their income.

According to Deloitte Money League, Barca has the highest revenue in world football this year. However, income fell by 125m euros ($148m) due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Spanish media reported that Barcelona was negotiating with its top earners, Sergio Busquets, Gerard Pique, and Sergi Roberto, about reducing their salaries to 40 percent in exchange for contract extensions.

Buccaneers jersey.

Tom Brady leaves the Patriots as the most admired player of all time.

It’s no secret it is true that Tom Brady is the most skilled quarterback to participate in NFL. In his 20 years playing for the New England Patriots, Brady has won six Super Bowls, played in nine, and was a part of thirteen AFC Championship Games. Brady is also a 13-time Pro Bowl honoree, a three-time first-team All-Pro selection, and a 3-time NFL MVP.

In addition, his achievements come out, and his stats show too. His 74,571 passing yards rank second in the NFL’s record, and the 541 touchdowns he scored on passes are also in the top ten. The touchdown record is moving back and forth between him and New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees. Brees is currently the No. 1 with 547 yards. Brady’s 6,377 completions are second in all time, and his 9988 attempted attempts rank third in all time.

Brady is 42, but he proved he has plenty to give in the last season. He could throw for 4,057 yards as well as 24 touchdowns and eight interceptions during the year. It is clear. However, he didn’t have a lot of weapons which could have skewed his figures to the negative.

Evans has caught 68 passes, netting 12,061 yards and 1,051 touchdowns in his debut season in 2014, and has been an absolute beast ever since. The Saga of Tom Brady’s Jersey.

In the early hours of Monday, just before James Comey, the director of the F.B.I., confirmed the existence of one of the agency’s investigations – the one looking into possible connections between Russia and the Trump campaign and Russia — the news was released about the findings of another. The F.B.I. has assisted in locating the football jersey of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady during the month-long Super Bowl in Houston that went missing after the game. Its value was approximately half-million dollars. In a press release issued by the N.F.L., the jersey was “been found in the possession of a credentialed member of the international media.” Houston’s police chief Art Acevedo, whose department was working together with the F.B.I. as well as other law enforcement agencies on the investigation, said the jersey was located in Mexico and that the credentialed media person that was in question was quickly determined to be Mauricio Ortega, who up until the end of last week, been the director of Mexican paper La Prensa. The newspaper reported that he was caught in a video exiting the Patriots in the locker room, with the Brady jersey concealed beneath his shirt. In a twist, Ortega was confronted by police and handed over a variety of things apart from the jersey and a helmet that was likely worn by Broncos linebacker Von Miller in last year’s Super Bowl and the jersey Brady donned during his last Super Bowl before that.

The thief and subsequent recovery of Brady’s uniform was a story of Trumpian fanfiction. Brady, an all-American superhero and longtime Trump ally, had been targeted by a media executive from Mexico. Acevedo announced returning the shirt to the United States as a minor act of patriotic pride. “You don’t come to Texas and embarrass us in our home turf,” Acevedo spoke at a press event.

Robert Kraft, the Patriots owner, had compared the theft of his jersey with the theft of a work of artwork. However, in his way, Brady generally made light of the whole incident. In February, it was believed to be the most lucrative action he’s ever taken outside of a football field. Brady posted a picture on Instagram of what he described as a suspect board, a homemade version of one seen in television crime procedurals. Brady’s list of suspects included sharks in the movie “Jaws,” Lady Gaga as well as his teammate Julian Edelman,

The investigation was concluded; however, it could have been at the forefront of his mind when Comey appeared in front of the House Intelligence Committee on Monday. At one point during the hearing, Rep. Chris Stewart of Utah was able to ask Comey to evaluate whether Russia’s interference in the presidential election was driven more by a desire to aid Donald Trump than to undermine Hillary Clinton. “To put it in a homely metaphor, I hate the New England Patriots,” Comey responded. “And regardless of the team plays, I’d prefer to see them lose. That’s why I’m at while rooting for Patriots Patriots and hoping that their opponent can beat their team.” (Comey is a fact, he’s rooting in Giants. Giants.) In the Capitol, Justice Neil Gorsuch was settling in to begin the Supreme Court confirmation hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee, backed by a support letter from fellow Coloradoan John Elway, the former Broncos quarterback and general manager of the team, handwritten on stationery and with the team’s logo on the top. The day of political debate ended in Kentucky and saw Donald Trump holding another of the so-called rally rallies for his campaign, only two months in his second term. In the crowd, while rousing people, Trump needled the former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who is now a free agent following the season in which he was the subject of headlines for taking a knee during the National Anthem in protest. “There was a report today and it was reported N.F.L. owners aren’t willing to take him since they don’t want to be hit with a negative Tweet by Donald Trump,” he declared. It’s only March. However, the football season, just like the season for elections, never stops.

The cold relationship between Messi and Barcelona.

Barcelona and Lionel Messi didn’t end their relationship in the best way possible. The Argentine forward wanted to renew his contract, but he was surprised by Joan Laporta’s sudden change of mind.

During his farewell speech, the Paris Saint-Germain star broke down and joined the Ligue 1 club on a free transfer.

The president of Barcelona is well aware that Messi is in debt and is ready to work with Argentina on reestablishing their relationship.

Laporta has an idea to create a tribute to Messi at Camp Nou shortly. However, despite reports that Messi’s father Jorge had contacted the club to discuss the possibility of his son returning, their relationship is currently non-existent.

Despite PSG’s defeat at Real Madrid, the ex-Barcelona captain isn’t considering leaving the Ligue 1 leaders.

He intends to fulfill the two-year contract he signed with the French club and has no intention of returning to Barcelona. The Blaugrana would love to have him back, but the potential cost of the operation is too high.

Nobody believes Messi would be allowed to leave PSG for free. Everyone is wondering if Messi will be returning to Camp Nou as a technical secretary or sports director. Still, it does not seem likely that he will wear the Barcelona shirt again.

As long as Laporta remains at the helm, his potential return to the company is challenging. Although it is possible, it would not be easy to achieve.
